Wholehearted Education
Clay and Sally Clarkson
Cefn Lea, September 2nd - 4th 2016

The Conference

Our programme this year will be led by internationally renowned Clay and Sally Clarkson. The Clarksons founded Whole Heart Ministries in 1994 as an evangelical Christian home and parenting ministry. Their mission is to encourage and equip Christian parents to raise wholehearted children for Christ.¯ Their ultimate objective is to come alongside Christian parents to help them prepare their children to be kingdom builders for Christ in their generation. All their four children have been home educated.  Their website can be found at www.wholeheart.org.

Once again, the conference will offer a wide range of topics all around home educating your children. There will be plenary sessions where we all meet together. Seminars will be led by people with experience built up over many years of home educating. This year, the majority of these will be taken by the Clarksons themselves. A family service on the Sunday morning is followed by lunch. There will also be Q&A sessions and lots of opportunity to fellowship with friends both old and new.

Resources

A resource centre will also be available where you can browse items ranging from whole curriculums down to individual books and teaching aids.

Children & Young People

During the conference there will be a children's activity programme for all children above 4 years old. For babies and toddlers there will be a room set up for parents to care for them with a live link to plenary sessions.
During sessions your children (4-14) will be cared for. At all other times they will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
If you have children attending the conference you may be asked to volunteer to help in at least one children's activity session. This is dependent on the number of volunteers we attract to the children's work.
